This website is operated by Poppin Rovers Ltd. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on this website, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information
Be authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3. Products

We specialise in bespoke and made-to-order products. By purchasing these goods, you confirm that:

You accept that these items are customised to your specifications
You understand that such items are non-refundable unless faulty (see our Returns Policy)

Product descriptions, dimensions, and finishes are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, as most items are handmade, slight variations may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept payment via Klarna, debit/credit card, or other secure payment methods as offered on the site.

For Klarna purchases, you must also agree to Klarna’s terms: https://www.klarna.com/uk/terms-and-conditions

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs will be clearly stated at checkout. For large or bespoke items:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production schedules
You must ensure adequate access for delivery (e.g. door size, access routes)
Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur redelivery charges

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel standard (non-bespoke) items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has started unless they are faulty. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence. Where appropriate, we will offer:

A repair
A replacement
A full or partial refund

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Poppin Rovers Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Liability

We do not accept liability for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Delays outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, raw material shortages)
User misuse of products

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law
